Is your honey really raw?
Yes — we never heat our honey above hive temperature. It's extracted, strained through a coarse mesh to remove wax and debris, and jarred. That's it.
Why does my honey crystallize?
Crystallization is a sign of real, raw honey — it means nothing artificial has been added. Simply place the jar in warm water (not boiling) to re-liquify it.
Do you offer local delivery?
We offer local pickup in Memphis and can arrange delivery within the Mid-South area. Call us to work out the details.
